In this week’s COMPLETE assignment, you will be tasked with outlining your state’s laws governing the transfer of juvenile offenders to adult court. For discussion purposes, I want to know what your opinion is (from a reality standpoint) on the pros and cons of transferring a teenager to the adult system. Include your thoughts on such an offender being housed in an adult correctional facility, being subjected to the procedural and legal standards of adult court, etc. Do you feel it is appropriate in some cases? All cases that meet the statute? Support your arguments.
