Discrimination against internationally educated nurses remains a seldom -explored topic in united states too. Some international nurses experience workplace discrimination as an additional workplace stressor as they transition to new environment. Workplace discrimination affects internationally educated nurses physical and psychological wellbeing. In anticipation of future nursing shortages, understanding and minimizing workplace discrimination will benefit nurses, patients and healthcare organizations. (ANA,2019)
