Select one of the products described in the eco-audit case study in Chapter 8 of your textbook (e.g., cups, grocery bags, electric kettle). Using the data in the textbook from the eco-audit, additional data from Chapter 15 (as necessary), and any additional resources that you find helpful, prepare a pollution prevention audit for the product that you have selected. Base your P2 audit on the steps shown in the Unit III Lesson.  

 You do not need to use all of the P2 audit steps shown in the Unit III Lesson, but use at least three major steps from each phase (a major step being Step 5 rather than Step 5.1). Since you will not be using all of the steps shown in the Unit Lesson, you may re-number them if you wish so that your audit proceeds sequentially without skipping numbers. Your audit should include an introductory paragraph explaining both the purpose of a P2 audit and the reasons for including the steps that you have selected. Your case study must be at least two full pages in length. All sources used, including the textbook, must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying citations. All references and citations used must be in APA style. The introduction should be formatted in paragraph form, and the steps can be formatted as a list.

Unit VI Scholarly Activity A local municipality expects to close its landfill in one year, and it has decided to adopt a thermal technology for the treatment of its municipal solid waste. The city needs your help to choose between a traditional municipal waste incinerator and a pyrolysis unit. As a solid waste professional, you have been hired by the city council to provide an analysis of these two technologies. Part 1: Report

In a report of 750-1,000-words, address the following:

3. Relationship between the water supply and cholera.
4. Public health efforts to reduce cholera illness in developing countries.

Part 2: Public Service Health Announcement

Develop a public service health announcement. The PSHA should:

1. Have a clear message.
2. Be targeted toward a specific audience.
3. Be persuasive in nature.
4. Grab the viewer's attention.
5. Be brief.
6. Support statements with evidence.
7. Contain photos and text (voice and music are optional).
8. Observe all copyright laws.

You may use iMovie, iPhoto, Photostory for Windows, Windows MovieMaker, Adobe Premiere Elements, or Web 2.0 tools such as JayCut or Animoto.

Post the PSHA to TeacherTube or SchoolTube. If you do not have an account, create one and post the PSHA.

APA format is not required for the PSA, but solid academic writing is expected.

 For this assignment, you are to read the case study on page 184 in Chapter 10. After reading this case, reflect on a situation that happened in your workplace that was similar in that an employee challenged an order and pointed to another document, such as a labor contract, rules and regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), or past practices, to state that he or she was not going to follow the order.
