Data quality is the core of information assurance. Without quality data, the entire purpose of electronic health care records is unobtainable. By ensuring the data is accurate, complete, and current, you will ensure the integrity of the EHR and EMR systems. This assignment will provide you with the knowledge and skills required to plan and prepare the guidelines and procedures to ensure the data entered into your health care information system meets all requirements. You will also be able to critically analyze a health care application and recommend the needed data to meet the application requirements. You will apply the correct datastructures to implement the application and incorporate relational database design principles into the design.
