   1. What communication strategies work well? How do you know?
   2. What communication strategies need improvement? How do you know?

   Develop a communication plan for coaches and teachers on your campus. Your plan should:

   • Address all stakeholders
   • Provide communication norms (a framework for conversation)
   • Provide techniques and strategies
   • Include communication formats
   • Include a process for conflict resolution
   • Include examples of effective and ineffective communication

   Create a 10- to 12-slide multimedia presentation to share this plan with coaches and teachers. Slide presentations MUST include speaker notes
