This is a case study project where I have a scenario of me being a site manager for a commercial storage facility. one of my employees is habitually late. the Employee is a keyholder and responsible for opening the facility once per week. the Facility opens late when employee is opening. the Tenants are dissatisfied with facility because they have to wait. the Repeated conversation with employee have not changed the issue.

I need to write a paper where I solve this problem while using concepts of organizational behavior. I choose for this scenario Communication, Motivation, Conflict and negotiation, Decision Making and Mutuality of Interest.
